Ranger Duties in The Ledger

Well, through the support of teacher's advocating the great things we Westwood teachers do, I am in the counties newspaper, The Ledger.

What is really great is 2 of my students were interviewed and they got in the paper too!  They were grinning from ear to ear.

It is less than 2 weeks before I leave for Alaska; I've bought all of my gear (nothing correlating with Florida climate) and I am ready to go.

Today I am going on a hike to mimic the backpacking travel I will have to be accustome to for the summer; a 30 lb pack and rough terrain.  WISH ME LUCK!
